About

G"day. My name is Beverley Burke and I was born and raised in Australia. When I moved to Florida, I was surrounded by many baby boomers like myself, many of whom needed my expertise. I specialize in keeping Baby Boomers and Beyond healthy and independent. Most of my clients are people who do not feel comfortable in the gym setting or are unable to get there and prefer to train in their home or community gym, pool, and now zoom. I bring with me whatever tools are needed for the training session.

I also teach online, where I am on the other end of the screen and do not just write down what you are supposed to do on a calendar. These sessions are easy to follow and I can walk you through the setup if needed.

The initial consultation usually takes about an hour as we go over the abilities and restrictions of the interested person.

I have been certified as a Personal Trainer with AFAA since 1993 and now I am a certified Functional Aging Specialist with FAI. I have a Brain Health certification from FAI. This is the first certification of that type.
