Speed, agility and sports specific training is also available.
My specialty is sports performance /speed and agility training. l have experience in working with athletes and people involved in fire /Ems, police work, and the military. I have also done post rehab work for a chiropractor.
I have personally been involved in sports and fitness all my life. From team sports in school, to competitive power lifting fitness has always been important to me. Because of these experiences I have developed a passion for helping others get into the best shape of their lives. Nothing makes me happier than watching the novice client develop and achieve things he or she thought were imposable. I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and believe that everyone has an "inner athlete" inside of them just waiting to come out.
