I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach helping people with their health and fitness for 10 years now. I have a very extensive background personally and professionally, I did gymnastics, cheerleading and dance, competed as a bodybuilder for 6 years, trained in CrossFit for 4 years, and now focus on exercising to feel good, strong and functional. I specialize in building healthy relationships with food and your body, general health, women's hormones, muscle building, prenatal and postpartum fitness, weight loss, strength training, sports specific training, nutrition and overall health and fitness. I include a specific nutrition plan when you get training and I make sure we cover every aspect of health and fitness to make sure you reach your goals. My sessions are 1 hour long and I include a training plan for you to follow on the days when you are not training with me. I have a home gym I train out of so there is no one else in the gym when we workout.
I love helping my clients reach their goals and I make it a priority that they always do. I go out of my way to help my clients succeed and make sure they have the tools they need in every aspect of their life.
