I love what I do for so many reasons but the number one reason is I get to witness an amazing journey in each and every one of my clients lives front and center! Journey's to weight loss, health, weight gain, reduction of medications, whatever their goal is, its amazing to be a part of! Every trainer has their own style of training. My style leans toward a functional training style, it's exactly what it says, it helps you lose weight, gain lean muscle, but also keep you very functional. I've noticed throughout years of training that this style tends to give quicker results, easier on the joints, flexibility, core stability, and just overall better for long term aging and weight loss. I do however try to gear my training specifically to my clients goals, so there is no cookie cutter program I follow. My number one priority is YOU.
I've always had a passion for this field and the more I learn the more my passion grows for it! I enjoy the people from all different walks of life I get to meet, the different goals that people want to achieve, the thirst for knowledge with each and every question asked, the effort each client puts forth to grow and become better and the list could go on! It's a very rewarding career and it's all because of each and every client!
