I have over 25 years experience as an NASM/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in time-efficient training, helping each client get the most out of his or her workout in less time, due to the busy-paced life many people have. I also offer 45 minute sessions if preferred. I recently opened my own local Personal Training studio, ‘Transitions Fitness,’ offering private and small group sessions.
I am a TLS Weight Loss Coach and Certified LifeBase Solutions Nutrition Coach, specializing in health and wellness and weight loss, giving guidance to people on what to eat and when, and proper supplementation according to a client’s free weight loss profile. I design workout and nutrition guidance specific to each person’s needs and desires.
