Perfect specialized equipment to work with post-rehabilitation or prior injuries. I work with athletes, weight loss focus, strength training, and all ages with any limitations. We keep a limited number of trainers on the floor at the same time, making it more COVID safe and private compared to other gyms in the Treasure Valley. This is a private gym, no memberships so you get the one-on-one attention you deserve without distractions.
