I started my fitness journey in 2009. I became intrigued with the stage early on. In 2011 I finally decided it was time to step my game up to be with the best of the best. I competed in my first show in figure that year at the Ronnie Coleman and came in 8th. I was devastated. A couple of months later I tried again in Shreveport. There I came in third. I had no coach only drive and determination to win. In 2012 I moved to Texas and found my coach. We did 3 shows my first year with him in 2013. I went back to the Ronnie as my first show in Physique and we won! We then went to the Oklahoma Grand Prix and won that one as well. Finally, that same year we went to Florida for Nationals where I came in 3rd at 23 years old. The following year we headed to Vegas for Nationals. It was at this show I earned my Pro card.
I've dedicated the last 15 years to helping people reach their goals. I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant with my second child. I'm looking for clients who are dedicated to helping themselves as my services are currently only online. I provide Meal plans and workout routines for you to follow yourself. I change your plans every weekend following a check in you send. This is a cheaper option than meeting a trainer in a facility in person. I have routines you can do both at the gym and at home with limited equipment.
Fitness is my life. I love everything that it entails and everything that comes with it. Me being able to share my passion with others means everything to me.
