This is a promotional rate that allows you to try me out twice for just $40.
After that my regular rate of $45/hour applies.
One on one training in a fully equipped private studio is unlike any other workout experience. It allows you to complete twice as much in an hour because you don't rest between sets.
As one body part rests we work something completely different. For example, while your chest is resting, we work your core and while your core is resting, we work chest. This continues back and forth, which allows you to complete twice as much while also getting a great cardio workout.
Each routine is individually-designed to your specific needs and limitations. They start at beginner intensity and progress up as you are ready. We track everything, so it is easy to show you the amount of progress you make. Results are unmatched.

I only have so many spots and I do all the training myself. I don't pass you off to somebody else. Once all my spots are taken, you have to wait till somebody drops to get in.
