I Myself Found fitness 10 years ago at a time where if i didn’t change, I wouldn't see my 40’s...I tipped the scale at 350lbs at one point. Yes, you read that right. I was a Big Boy. Through much trial, error, frustrations & achievements. I was finally on the right path to bettering myself. Being engulfed by this community ignited my passion to help others reach or attack goals similar to mine, or even MORE challenging than mine, no matter the hill to climb.
