Hi, my name is David Espinoza, and helping people to reach their health and fitness goals is a passion of mine.
I've been a fitness coach for 4 years, but I've been training and building knowledge for 19 years. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, strength building, corrective exercises, creating healthier eating habits, creating a strong and positive mindset, and general health and fitness.
As a fitness coach, I have worked with people with scoliosis, reconstructive surgery (ankle and shoulder), sciatica, bulge discs, asthma, bradycardia, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and weight control issues. I've also worked with people with high anxiety and depression.
I have a home gym with the best equipment to reach your goals. So we don't have to worry about crowded and intimidating commercial gyms. I also do online coaching if in-person training is not an option for you.
My training style is building a foundation before we can start lifting any challenging weights. First, find the root cause of your pain and weaknesses. Then, fix the issue and build from there for safety and lasting results.
