About

My name is Nate Wehner and my mission is to create a lasting impact for my clients. I have a unique set of skills that allow me to work with anyone, no matter their fitness levels or their fitness goals. I work at a studio gym which is a high-end world-class facility designed for personal strength training.

I have an Exercise Science degree from California Lutheran University, where I was a national champion collegiate baseball player. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I also have strength training certifications from RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) and MAT (Muscle Activation Technique).
