About

I would LOVE to guide you on your fitness journey at my studio in ORMOND BEACH or via my REMOTE program!

My Life is HEALTH and FITNESS. Since the age of 13 my focus was to enhance my knowledge on exercise philosophies, nutrition and overall well-being.

Studied martial arts, but i quickly learned what any form of resistance training can do for my body and mind, which have propelled me to challenge myself and compete as a body builder. To achieve anything in that sport requires 24/7 commitment, which thought me a LOT. During those years I've learned a lot about competitive , cutting edge nutrition and program design,but my goal was to come to the states and help others with my dedication and knowledge to better anyone who allows me to guide them on their fitness journey.

Now, being over 44 and studying the benefits of tailored training and nutrition for 30 years, i have helped numerous clients/students from age of 10 to 85 years old, with all sort health issues. Allowed me to work with young athletes to Ms. Florida USA winners to those who struggled with hormone balances to lose weight or had car accidents or autoimmune disorders.

Being healthy and and fit starts with a mindset! Once you have a desire i am here to help you to break your goals down and build on small, measurable achievements.

My sessions starts with a Functional Movement Screening and a consultation.

My company is not driven by a sales pitch, more like we are looking for customers who are coach-able and READY to make a COMMITMENT.

We have been chosen the number 1 HEALTH and FITNESS Club in 2 counties (2017,2018, 2021)

My coaches have the highest qualification in the business to be able to work.

Such as CSCS-CPT,ACSM,NASM,TFW,FMS,NASN
