My name is Katherine Karrick-Gianini, and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Running, and Triathlon Coach. I have a private training studio for one-on-one personal training sessions. I have 15 years of experience working in fitness and successfully training all ages and abilities. My specialties are weight loss, muscle definition/toning up, and sports performance and nutrition. No two individuals are the same; therefore, I plan highly customized exercise programs (including cardio and strength) based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Strength training is the focus of private sessions, however I can provide cardio options and nutrition guidance when needed. I am your accountability partner while taking the guesswork out of what you should do to reach your goals...all in a private setting!
