Bio
My name is Andrew and I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 14 years. I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council of Exercise certified personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve helped people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals and improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. As a fitness professional, I strive to teach clients to work smarter, not harder.
I believe that by gaining the knowledge of how to improve eating habits and exercise effectively, clients are able to reach and maintain their fitness goals.
Background
I’ve always been active throughout my life but have spent the past 18 years bodybuilding, playing sports, studying martial arts, and powerlifting. I’m someone that believes that everyone can benefit from having a trainer. Even trainers! I’ve worked with trainers since I was a teenager because I enjoy learning different approaches from industry experts. The fitness industry is constantly evolving and there is a need to stay up to date.
Outside of training, I have a bachelors degree in computer science and work as a technology consultant/software developer. I also enjoy hiking, reading, drawing, building apps, spending time with my animals, cooking, traveling, and learning to play music.
