I have dedicated my life around these 5 core principles and they have become the basis around my client program's which are designed not only to reach weight or aesthetic goals you may have, but to teach and prioritize how to sustain overall health and longevity. Focusing first on corrective and efficient fundamental movement patterns then learning how and when to progress based on your individual work capacity and potential.
By taking a holistic approach to your training routine we will discuss nutrition habits/health concerns, sleep patterns and efficiency, regeneration habits and movement consistency/work ergonomics. Everything will be tailored to improve the way you live your life to get you looking, moving and most importantly feeling better than you ever have!
Currently conducting sessions out of Fit St. KC located in the Crossroads. I operate as an independent contractor and fees are separate from the gym facility, but will have access to all amenities.
