Kickoff is a remote, high touch, 1-on-1 personal training and nutrition coaching service.
We offer the most effective and affordable way to reach your goals with on-demand/ daily exercise and nutrition coaching with a certified personal trainer.
We train all clients via text, video, and the Kickoff app so we can provide high touch coaching at the lowest cost. The cost is $3 a day, which is about 1/30th of what a conventional trainer charges. We also offer a 7 day trial to get started.
We match you with the perfect coach based on a variety of factors from Thumbtack including goals, gender, ability level, age, and specific needs. Your coach then builds a highly personalized exercise and nutrition program and checks in each weekday to keep you accountable and on track.
You'll start with a video call with your coach. You can also add live video workouts and strategy sessions to push yourself and get face-to-face feedback.
All Kickoff coaches are certified personal trainers or registered dietitians and have passed our rigorous 20-point vetting process.
