We will use Functional Range Conditioning principles to improve joint function, health, and resilience. We will layer in balance and joint specific strength while adding aerobic training to improve cellular health. With great effort, focus, and intensity, you can maintain your human body. I am certified personal trainer through NASM and have been certified in Functional Range Conditioning as a mobility specialist.
