I have been a personal trainer since 2006 and my background is in Exercise Science where I earned my degree from Eastern Michigan University.

I travel to my clients homes or place of business in Ann Arbor, Saline, Ypsilanti, Novi, South Lyon, Northville, West Bloomfield and surrounding areas as well as provide Online/Virtual Training and Nutrition Coaching
