About

My name is Fletcher. I have a strong desire to help people succeed. I work at a gym called Trinity Iron Gym located in Spanish Fork, Utah, and we are open 24 hours. If you sign up for personal training with me, it comes with a free gym membership. I also offer a referral program where for every client referred earns you and your referral a 20% discount on your next session.

10 clients=next 10 sessions discounted at 20%.

20 clients=next 20 sessions discounted at 20%. I strongly believe the best results come from a multi-faceted approach, where you target multiple areas of training. Here is an analogy. If you want to build a race car and make it go faster, you can do things like put a more powerful engine in it, that will make it go faster, but how much more effective would it be if you put a more powerful higher speed transmission, put better tires on so it grips better on the road, put better fuel in, put better aerodynamics on the car, put better gears in, put better cooling on the engine, etc. By doing doing all this, you are solving this problem from so many different areas and each one is going to contribute to making that car go faster. I believe the best approach to exercise is to have a multi-faceted approach. Some examples, having good flexibility is not only going to help reduce injury, but the increased muscle length is going to give you more leverage and torque to produce more force. Here is an analogy, if you have a really tight bolt to loosen, let’s say you have two options of tools to loosen it, a 12in wrench, or a 36in wrench. Which one will make it the easiest to loosen? The 36in wrench, why? Because it’s longer, and the increased length is going to give you more leverage and torque, to produce more force to loosen that bolt. By improving flexibility, not only will that help reduce injury, but the increased muscle length will help you get more leverage to produce more force. Other examples of a multi-faceted approach include; getting enough sleep at night so you have enough both physical and mental energy to exercise; drinking enough water each day so your properly hydrated; having proper nutrition to get the correct calories, macro split, and nutrients to maximize your success; having good nutrient timing, meaning drinking enough water and consuming a proper meal both before and after exercise; improving stability and balance so you can control movement, produce more force, and reduce injury; improving stamina and endurance so you don’t get tired easy; executing proper lifting technique to reduce injury, isolate each muscle maximally, and make more progress. These are just a few examples of areas that contribute to your success. I also believe that there is no “one size fits all” meaning everyone’s body is different. We all have different needs when it comes to both exercise and nutrition. I won’t train you too hard or too easy, I won’t give you too little or too much rest between exercises, etc, only what you can physically tolerate, you know your body better than anyone else. If you have any questions, if you’re interested in taking your health and fitness to the next level, feel free to contact me. I’m more than willing to meet you in person, talk about your goals, and answer any questions you have. So, this is my personal invitation for you to take the next step forward and get the results you want!
