This is for anybody who has a commitment to get into better shape or wants their life to be better overall. I am here for you. I know anatomy and proper movements which most certified personal trainers do not. I can program for a young age to the elderly. I am also a nutrition coach that has a strong foundation (digestions, macros, calories etc.) which can help aid in your wellness/fitness journey.
