Hi, I’m Rebecca. I’m a 200hr certified yoga instructor and a certified reiki practitioner. Yoga came into my life over 12 years ago and I’ve been teaching for 4 years. I specialize in 1:1 sessions, small group yoga & special events. Creating a memorable, and unique experience for others to come together is my passion. I love to help others create a sense of connection, balance and ease in their body and mind. My classes range from restorative & healing to energizing & sweaty based on you and or your groups unique desire and needs. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and I’d love the opportunity to help you find YOUR unique style of yoga.
