5 years ago, I started the company New Body which specializes in helping both men and women remove joint pain, increase their overall health, get off any medications that are not beneficial as well as regain their confidence so they can feel better about themselves physically and mentally.
New Body has been transforming men and women who start at all different levels. Whether you want to lose the last 5lbs or would like to get down to a specific weight, we have your goal in mind.
We have a team of 4 and we love both men and women who are go-getters. They are folks who love to hit goals week after week, so if you are looking to build muscle, burn fat, sculpt your body for the beach or get yourself healthy and off of any medications, our team will gladly help you.
On our team we have a full time nutritionist, 2 head coaches (including myself) and a client success specialist who will make sure that you are held accountable week after week.
