My hours of operation are 10am-10pm and I have my own private gym in my apartment in North Hollywood, and I also train clients in their own homes or location of their choosing via video call or in person.
I’ve been coaching people in resistance training, speed and agility, and rehabilitative exercise for a decade now and other modalities such as flexibility, mobility, nutrition, lifestyle/behavioral change, sometimes including meal plans and scheduling, sport specific, and aerobic exercise for almost as long, as well as self defense training in the form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 6 years. I’ve worked with professional and collegiate athletes in my career both at UCLA and elsewhere, as well as the general population from all over the world. I have created a program that minimizes your time commitment to only 3 hours per week, without compromising on getting you the best possible results. All you have to do is show up and put in the work, I’ll take care of the rest and make sure we can achieve your goals together!
To incentivize consistency, which determines your results, I charge less the more frequently you train with me.
