My name is Deryk Grosse. I am new resident to Boca as I moved here from Ohio. I graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Applied Exercise and Marketing and a Masters in Sport Science. While in college I worked as a personal trainer both in person and online for individuals ranging in age from 8-75. I also ran different classes throughout the University including circuit training, weight training, HIT training, water aerobics, and yoga. On top of all that I worked as an assistant strength coach for Ohio University for a variety of sports including baseball, softball, soccer and football. I worked full time with the football team implementing different periodization programs for the specific needs of that athlete and their position. I have a passion for all types of health and fitness and the specific needs and goals of that person.
