My journey in fitness began over a decade ago, not only as a coach but also as a competitor. I've achieved multiple first place titles in both the light heavyweight and heavyweight classes, a testament to my dedication and understanding of what it takes to reach the top.
One of my proudest achievements was coaching my wife to earn her IFBB Pro card in Women's Figure at the 2018 NPC USA’s. This personal experience enriched my coaching skills, allowing me to provide nuanced and empathetic guidance to my clients.
Over the past ten years, I have specialized as a competition coach, a role that earned me accolades such as the 2015 Outstanding Trainer Award and the 2019 Top Trainer Award for Oregon NPC. These experiences have honed my skills in crafting winning strategies and developing bespoke training regimes.
In recent years, my focus has shifted to encompass lifestyle changes, particularly for those balancing a heavy workload. My approach is holistic, aiming to harmonize physical fitness with the demands of a busy lifestyle. It's about creating sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your life.
