My name is Jake Jenness, and I'm a local Strength & Conditioning coach & Nutritionist in Indianapolis, IN. I have been training for over 6 years now and have an extensive experience working with all groups of clientele ranging from post-surgery joint rehab, back issues, weight loss, sports performance, and overall health and wellness. My clientele range from 11-82 years old so no matter what your goals, I am here to help!

My company, Apollo Athletics, is a sports performance company that specializes in baseball, softball, golf, and tennis, along with speed & agility training. I have a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University and have worked in both D1 and other private athletic training facilities.
