The Cohost Unlimited is for owners looking to completely hand over all of the tasks required to keep the property guest-ready. We will take over scheduling maintenance/landscaping/pest control/etc., do weekly walkthroughs to catch issues before guests do, handle guest issues/requests, and oversee turnover quality. This also includes virtual cohosting on OTAs for free.
