I'm Jesse and I've taught in fitness for years! I've started teaching self defense and have a brand that is all to my own...Ballbusting! You and your friends learn how to properly kick, knee, hammer fist a man while cheering each other on with signs. I have contests and props but the essentials are super important. After everyone learns the moves they are offered to kick, knee, or punch for real. This is essential to the Ballbusters motto which is you are only as good as your worst practice.
