Hello, I am Jerimiah of AGOJIX Music Studio. I love teaching piano and voice lessons in a variety of genres. Baroque, jazz, pop, classical, romantic, afro-cuban, blues and sacred music are a few of my favorite styles to teach. I focus on breath awareness, confidence, creativity, intention and inspiration. Music lessons need not be frustrating and it does not take years of practice to hear improvement in your music making. I would like to show you how to make huge improvements in your playing in a single lesson. Please consider scheduling a trial lesson with me and begin studying and playing beautiful music! I enjoy teaching all ages in both private and group modalities. In addition to teaching piano lessons I also teach many students composition, improvisation and aural skills.
My studio is located near 90th and Wadsworth. My grand piano was signed in the 1960's by José and Amparo Iturbi. These two famous Spanish pianists performed in many in films including several with Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly. This superb instrument is an original Baldwin 5'8" King Louis XIV edition. To restore this instrument to factory condition, I have installed brand new action and strings (completed in 2021). Check out my recordings of this piano on youtube.
