As an Individual and Relationship Coach in San Francisco I specialize in empowering clients to make positive choices while working through major life changes. I guide and support my clients to get back in touch with their innate abilities and wisdom, to stay solution oriented and to resolve issues in creative and practical ways. As a Life Coach/Counselor I encourage taking personal responsibility for our choices regardless of our circumstances but in a non-judgmental way. This is where healing begins. Identifying life time wounds and working through grief and loss is just a part of the process. The key is to resolve the situations, discover solutions for the circumstances and create new positive pathways.
There is nothing more rewarding than watching a client go from feeling like a victim to feeling extremely powerful. We all have the innate abilities to take control of our lives and handle our circumstances in positive and healthy ways. I love sharing the wisdom and tools that I've discovered for attracting more joy and ease into our lives. Positive change doesn't have to be complicated or time consuming there just has to be a willingness.
