As a Ph.D. Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have obtained the highest level of training in understanding human behavior and facilitating positive change. In addition to providing therapy, I am a Mindfulness Speaker with over 15 years of experience teaching, researching, and practicing mindfulness (mymindfulcoaching.com). My research in graduate school focused on the application of mindfulness in interpersonal settings.
I deliver mindfulness workshops, talks, and trainings to leadership teams and organizations. I also serve as a creative catalyst in meetings or trainings for leadership teams by offering a mindfulness perspective.
I help audiences understand how to apply mindfulness principles and techniques to reduce stress, enhance performance, improve relationships, communicate effectively, create a balanced life, strengthen leadership abilities, and make better decisions.
