Hello, I am a licensed MFT in California and a Certified Holistic Life Coach. I hold my Master's in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University as well as my BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, I am a registered Yoga Instructor and a certified Integrated Holistic Life and Wellness Coach.
Aside from having the new title of 'mama' I enjoys spending time with my family and pitbull. I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga, reading, sunshine and warm beach days. I put heart and passion into everything I do. Everything I do is created with love.
