Hi my name is Lisandra and I am a highly sensitive person. This has allowed me to connect with people on a deep level that creates real change in their lives. I have a knack for being a mirror for people in a kind, warm, friendly and supportive way. I can help you with anything from a simple conversation about a difficult topic to hypnotherapy to visit your past lives and everything in between.
I love the work that I do because I am making real change in people's lives. I am not simply giving advice or conducting research (what I went to school for) to eventually help people. I am trained in hypnotherapy. I am currently going to school to receive my Marriage and Family Therapy degree.
In order to properly help you using hypnosis, I regress clients to beliefs they created in childhood which often determine our behavior as adults. This has proven to be a more effective way of changing behavior in the future. I also give you a meditation recording to help you implement the belief change.
