I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling, and have been working in the field for about ten years.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a myriad of mental health concerns, addiction use disorder, and even those who just want to improve their life. This range of exposure has taught me a lot about what motivates people, what hinders them, and how I can help them to achieve their goals!

My therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and direct. I predominantly utilize aspects of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Client Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
