My yoga routines are designed to bring out the best in you. Every session will incorporate meditation and mindfulness techniques. Sessions are purposeful as we focus on your set intention for that day, and your practice is improved with every session as your poses are improved!
I enjoy every aspect of teaching yoga! Being able to help others heal physically and spiritually brings a smile to my face. Guiding clients through a challenging workout is also one of my favorite things about teaching a Power Yoga class; and I love teaching Vinyasa Flow and seeing how much clients embrace the routines.
