There's a lot of yoga out there. I was fortunate to discover early on in my yoga journey what I consider, one of the most professional and full of integrity yoga programs and teachers out there. So the bar was set high on what a yoga experience can be. After some time of teaching, studying and practicing I believe I offer the type of experience and expertise that drew me into yoga many, many years ago.
Yoga is powerful practice, like no other! It's truly a privilege to be able to share it with others. I find it to be an empowering mind-body approach that helps us to take on many of perils of modern life.
The short version, I love yoga and I love teaching. I love sharing with people a practice they can use to feel strong in their body and in their lives.
