Yoga is my passion. I am a certified yoga teacher and mat Pilates instructor from Connecticut and have been teaching toga for over six years. I fell in love with yoga at a young age and have been committed to deepening my own practice ever since. I am a big believer that any one can start a yoga practice at ANY age and reach their physical/mental goals with the work they chose to put into their practice. My goal is to help those who wish to deepen their own practice or simply need the help and direction to start a yoga practice for a healtier lifestyle.
