I am honored to offer personal training and/or private yoga in the comfort of client’s home. Diverse forms of training are the signature of my sessions. From strength training using body weight and dumbbells, circuit training, suspension training to Barre, Pilates, Yoga Training, including Meditation/Breathing Technics. It is my belief that in order to stick to a lifelong training routine, one must cross train, mix different forms of training.
Our sessions will be tailored to YOUR needs and wants in the privacy of your home at the perfect time for YOU. This is ideal but not limited to clients:
• interested to receive undivided attention with hands on assists
• interested to strengthen, lengthen and tone whole body
• interested in meditation and deep restorative stretches
• interested to train with partner (couple. small group )
• interested and open to different styles of training
• with very busy schedules
• with injuries and/or limitations
• new to fitness training & Yoga
• athletes interested to enhance their performance
• interested to deepen & advance their yoga/fitness training
• interested in Pilates-"abdominal s, buttocks, hips & thighs"
• looking to go beyond the physical strength (not that the
physical is not important)
