I’m a 200+ 500 + 300 RYT Yoga and Pranayama teacher, focused on alignment and breathing. I also teach Pilates and calisthenics workout.
My most interest is to help my clients to understand what their body needs and to teach how to do the things in a right way. Because to do the things in the right way it’s what makes the difference ! You don’t need to do a lot ... you need to do it right !
For yoga I use a special mat and method that help clients to get results faster and in a easier way.
11 years ago I was involved in a near-death car accident which give me a lot of physical problems (more then 100 bones fractures, herniated disc ect ect). Thanks to my experience I understood that working on your body improves many aspects of yourself and hence, of your life. I’m very passionate about all I teach and practice and I will love to share it with you !
