My background:
I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and an ACE certified personal trainer. I have been teaching movement, fitness and yoga since 2017 - both in group settings and one on one with students.
In addition to having over 4,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, I am a trained Flexologist through StretchLab and spent a year working hands-on with clients through 1:1 assisted stretching.
Understanding alignment and functional movement is crucial for a well-functioning body. I’ll help you master alignment and develop a strong sense of body awareness that will benefit you for many years.
