Cathy has been my yoga instructor for about 2 years now. I meet with her twice a week, and I believe she is one of the best yoga instructors that I have worked with over the dozen years that I have been actively practicing yoga. I recently had major back surgery, and once I was permitted to resume yoga, Cathy was outstanding at figuring out how to best accommodate my recovery through my yoga practice. Cathy is very focused on form, and has really helped me to appreciate how the slightest adjustments will positively affect my yoga experience. Cathy is interested in building strength, as well as stretching. There are also meditative components to my practice with Cathy. Cathy challenges me in my yoga practice, and I feel that my understanding of the practice and its poses has greatly benefited from her tutelage. I would highly recommend working with Cathy.
Cathy led a restorative yoga practice and guided meditation for a half day retreat that was excellent! She perfectly adjusted to the tone and style of the event and left everyone feeling centered. Highly recommend.
Cathy is a terrific yoga instructor! She is patient and meets me where I need to be in my practice each time. She also incorporates other wellness elements to deepen my connection to my body. I highly recommend her regardless of where you are in your wellness journey.
