Hello! My name is April Madole. I am a certified fitness instructor. I teach yoga, cardio step class, and spin classes. I've been teaching for 7 years and I love and take deep passion in what I do. I teach all platforms through zoom or on person for locals. I also have a homebound seniors virtual zoom class through zoom as well for those who just can't get out their homes much anymore. No matter the circumstances, we all need exercise. I am AFAA certified for fitness instructor, yoga certified through Yoga East Studio, spin certified through spinning.com, and step certified through les mills! For yoga class you'll need a mat, yoga blocks, and a yoga belt. For spin classes you'll need a cycling bike. For step class you'll need a step platform.
