I love to teach! I am passionate about showing people the benefits of a consistent yoga practice and how it can improve their lives on so many levels. My classes are calming yet energizing, using breathe and movement to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. I offer private 1 on 1, couple's, and group yoga classes specifically created for you or your event.
Conferences, corporate/team building, at home, Airbnb special occasions, couples, birthday, bachelorette, bridal shower, Red Rocks.. I bring the yoga class to you and design thoughtful and creative classes for everyone at all levels. I am a RYT-500 teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and am certified to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin and have a Yoga for Athletes certification.
