Your rent includes internet, security system, gas, electricity, trash, and water provided you are mindful of energy consumption. The television in the family room has a guest Netflix profile, access to Amazon movies, and HBO, which you are welcometo use and enjoy with us. Gardening and pool services are also included. You will be expected to chip in for housekeeping. About Us I am a divorced mother and C-level executive with one middle school-aged child at home. We occupy the master suites. We are extraordinarily clean and live a healthy lifestyle. This is a non-smoking, non-drug using household. We are a family. We laugh a lot, we argue a little, we never belittle.
