State Elderly Rental Housing Program Senior Waiting List

The Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) State Elderly Rental Program waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 4, 2019, until September 19, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Download and print the application online.
2. Pick up an application at the Raymond Baldwin Apartments Community Building.

Once the application was completed, it must have been dropped off at the Raymond Baldwin Apartments Community Building.

600 applicants were placed on the State and HUD Elderly waiting list by random lottery.

Preferences were not known, but were listed on the application.
