Columbia Gardens, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Columbia Gardens from May 19, 2024, until June 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Columbia Garden

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $48,150 | 5 Persons $74,250
• 2 Persons $55,000 | 6 Persons $79,750
• 3 Persons $61,900 | 7 Person $85,250
• 4 Persons $68,750 | 8 Persons $90,750

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
