Westminster Gardens Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program waiting list applications for Studio and 1-bedroom apartments at Westminster Gardens from May 29, 2024, until June 27, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen. 

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Westminster Gardens - Offering Studio and 1-Bedroom units.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
