Goodbread Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments from Goodbread Apartments from June 21, 2024, until July 20, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Goodbread Apartments - Offering 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
