The St Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Jordan Park is closed.

The SPHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 7, 2022, until February 10, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were require to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

  • 1 Person $31,020 | 4 Persons $44,280
  • 2 Persons $35, 460 | 5 Persons $47,880
  • 3 Persons $39,900 | 6 persons $51, 420

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Residents and Participant Families that have been Involuntarily Displaced due to:
    • is condemned or demolished by governmental action (federal, state, or local);
    • is a public housing unit or Low Income Housing Tax Credit unit in which SPHA has an interest that is undergoing substantial capital improvements, modernization, or rehabilitation or change in use and the person or family has received a “90 Day Notice to Vacate” from SPHA within 90 – 120 days of selection from the waitlist; or 
    • has been extensively damaged or destroyed as a result of a declared disaster or otherwise formally recognized under federal disaster relief laws.
  • Resident and Participant Families that have been relocated from SPHA’s public housing properties or Low Income Tax Credit Properties.
  • Resident of Pinellas County

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
