Palm Bayou Apartments, Affordable Project-Based Waiting List

The St Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) last accepted Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Palm Bayou Apartments from February 26, 2024, until March 8, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was to be: mailed to the SPHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
